Resumen
Este artigo tem como objetivo avaliar as diversas teorias sobre preços predatórios, uma prática horizontal não passível de ser justificada por eficiências compensatórias. Com este objetivo, esse artigo tem 4 seções, além desta introdução. A seção 2 apresenta os aspectos teóricos da análise de preços predatórios; a seção 3 discute os principais testes e a seção 4 expõe os aspectos legais e os procedimentos de análise no Brasil. Segue-se uma breve conclusão.
