Competition, regulated sectors and merger control some reflections about the french experience

Resumen

To address the very complex issue we are facing today, I will mainly draw on the French case law which has been recently developed by the competition law and policy enforcement authorities. I will also try and connect these developments in my introduction with analyses recently presented in an OECD Workshop.
