Abstract

Exclusive dealing, for over a decade the least visible of the generally overlooked family of vertical restraints, is coming of age as a focus of United States government enforcement. Since 1993, the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice (the "Division") has brought complaints targeting the exclusive dealing practices of five different companies.
