Sustentabilidade, competitividade e autonomia estratégica o caso do European Green Deal Industrial Plan

Resumen
O artigo examina o European Green Deal Industrial Plan (EGDIP) resposta da União Europeia aos desafios da transição energética
e a competição global por tecnologias limpas. Inicialmente, apresentamse os pilares centrais do plano- expansão do financiamento, qualificação da mão de obra e fortalecimento da cadeia de suprimentos, evidenciando a busca pela neutralidade climática até 2050.Em seguida, realiza-se uma análise crítica de suas implicações estruturais, com ênfase nos riscos de protecionismo disfarçado, impactos assimétricos sobre países em desenvolvimento, fragmentação regulatória e potenciais ineficiências decorrentes de políticas de friend-shoring e reshoring. Conclui-se que, embora o EGDIP represente um marco para alinhar sustentabilidade,
competitividade e autonomia estratégica, sua implementação carrega tensões jurídicas, econômicas e geopolíticas capazes de redefinir o comércio internacional e ampliar desigualdades globais.
