Abstract
In the current era of reconfiguration of trade relations and challenges to the international community, including the emergence
of unilateral measures, this article seeks to understand whether there has been a definitive abandonment of multilateralism or whether it still retains the trust of the countries. This is examined through the lens of the only pillar of the World Trade Organization not yet affected, the rule-making one, based on statistics regarding the use of trade remedies such as anti-dumping and countervailing measures over the past decade.
