Abstract

É inegável a transformação que a economia mundial vem passando desde a última década, decorrente dos avanços tecnológicos, da expansão da economia de mercado e da crescente liberalização do comércio mundial. Todas essas mudanças fazem com que as questões envolvendo concorrência tenham que ser encaradas em sua dimensão global.
