Abstract
A constante transformação que a economia mundial vem sofrendo desde a última década, decorrente, principalmente, da expansão da economia de mercado, da crescente liberalização e internacionalização do comércio mundial e dos avanços tecnológicos, demonstra a necessidade de que a defesa da concorrência seja examinada em uma perspectiva global.
