Determinantes da integração econômica europeia livre circulação de mercadorias e direito concorrencial comunitário

Abstract
I argument that goals of political integration have played a key role in the creation of the European Community, and that free movements of goods and community competition law are complementary economic drives toward integration of Europe in one single market. European history offers two interesting lessons: (i) full integration required additional instruments to plain and simple trade liberalization, including common rules on other aspects of economic life, such as a community competition law; (ii) the effective construction of a single market involved an active role of a permanent and coactive controversy solution authority.
