Desafios do big data ao direito da concorrência

Abstract
A evolução tecnológica permitiu a multiplicação exponencial do volume de dados coletados, processados, analisados e utilizados pelas empresas em diferentes mercados. Denominados, de maneira simplificada, pelo termo big data, tais dados e a tecnologia a eles relacionada mostram-se relevantes ferramentas para o desenvolvimento e aperfeiçoamento de produtos e serviços, principalmente em mercados digitais. Considerando o recente debate acerca da relevância do big data para a concorrência, esse trabalho tem por objetivo analisar os desafios enfrentados pelo direito da concorrência sobre o assunto, no âmbito de atos de concentração e também de condutas anticompetitivas.
