Concentration Acts, in which Monsanto grants to four other companies, Syngenta, Nidera, Cooperativa Central de Pesquisa Agrícola and Don Mario, a non-exclusive license for the parties to develop, test, produce and commercialize seeds with a specific technology. Monsanto's operations led Cade to discuss the notification of nonexclusive license agreements and prompted the definition of "associative contracts", a concept brought up in the new competition law.
