Abstract
This study aims to analyze the interrelationship between industrial policy and antitrust policy in Brazil today.The paper presents
possible legal and economic confrontations between policies in theory, with emphasis on the issue of innovation. Finally, it suggests a way to resolve these conflicts and to achieve a more harmonious relationship between those policies.
