Resumo
No contexto da recente aprovação de regulamentos ambientais mais rígidos, que causam impacto também ao comércio internacional,
questiona-se qual o papel da Organização Mundial de Comércio, quais os desafios impostos por medidas que visam a persecução de objetivos legítimos, como a proteção ambiental, e quais as possibilidades disponíveis aos seus países membros.
